Become a Study With FM Partner
Work with Study With FM to help students make informed study choices and navigate school or university applications. Depending on each student's needs and agreed services, support may also extend to accommodation, guardianship, pre-departure preparation and arrival.
For visa-related matters, we provide general information and permitted administrative assistance only. Where personalised immigration advice is required, we direct clients to appropriately regulated professionals.
Why work with Study With FM
Registered businesses in the UK and Nigeria
STUDY WITH FM LTD is registered in England and Wales, and Study With FM Global Limited is registered in Nigeria. The responsible legal entity and the terms of each approved partnership are identified in its written agreement.
Support beyond applications
Depending on the student's circumstances and the services agreed, we can assist with education planning, applications, accommodation-related support, guardianship-related arrangements, pre-departure preparation and arrival. Partners can refer students for additional support when it is relevant and available.
Established education-sector relationships
We work through a combination of direct institutional relationships, education providers and authorised application routes. Where a direct relationship exists, we may communicate with an institution's relevant team. Other applications may be handled through an approved provider or platform. Admission decisions and processing times remain with the institution concerned.
A named partnership contact
Approved partners work with a named Study With FM contact for referral coordination, partnership questions and case updates. Updates reflect the information available from the relevant institution, provider or application system.
Onboarding and practical training
Depending on the partnership, onboarding and training may cover application processes, documentation, institutional requirements, ethical recruitment and updates from official sources. Charges may apply to some onboarding or training arrangements and will be discussed before those services are arranged.
Visa-related training is limited to appropriate factual and administrative information. It does not authorise partners to provide regulated immigration advice.
Support with complex education cases
We can discuss cases involving unusual qualifications, complicated application histories, additional documentation or changes to a student's study plans. Where a case involves regulated immigration or legal matters, advice from an appropriately authorised professional may be necessary.

Initial review and discussion
We review the proposal and, where there may be a suitable fit, arrange a discussion about the proposed relationship and how it could work.
Due diligence
We may request business details, professional credentials, references and other information needed to assess suitability and relevant compliance requirements.
Written partnership agreement
Before a partnership becomes active, the parties agree in writing on their responsibilities, any applicable commercial terms, territory, confidentiality, student-data arrangements and other relevant conditions.

Student information must only be shared through the agreed referral process, with an appropriate legal basis and relevant privacy information in place. Data-protection responsibilities, secure transfer methods and any required international-transfer arrangements are addressed in the applicable partnership or data-protection terms.

Our partnership standards
We value partnerships that put informed student choice, professionalism and responsible recruitment first.
Approved partners are expected to communicate accurately, act ethically, protect personal information, follow applicable laws and institutional requirements, disclose relevant commercial relationships where appropriate and avoid misleading promises or guarantees.
Submit a partnership enquiry
Tell us about your organisation, experience and proposed partnership. We consider enquiries from a range of recruitment markets, but availability depends on the proposed territory, student profile, study destinations, institutional restrictions, existing relationships and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a partnership will be offered.
