Accessibility Statement
Study With FM is committed to making its website, information and education-support services more accessible to people with disabilities and other accessibility needs. We want students, families and other visitors to be able to find information, communicate with us and use our services with as few barriers as possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We aim to consider it when developing our website, preparing documents and communicating with clients.
1. Our accessibility target and current status
Our target for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines address how digital content can be made more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people using different devices and assistive technologies.
We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2. We therefore do not claim that the website currently conforms to Level AA or that every page and feature is fully accessible.
Some content, forms, downloadable documents or third-party features may contain barriers that have not yet been identified. We intend to assess the website, address issues identified through testing and update this statement to reflect the findings, known limitations and improvements made.
If something is difficult or impossible for you to use, please contact us. You do not need to wait for an audit to request help.
2. How we aim to make the website accessible
As we develop and review the website, we aim to support:
- Keyboard access: navigating menus, links, buttons and forms without a mouse, with a clear focus indicator and a logical order.
- Clear content and structure: meaningful headings, descriptive links, understandable instructions and consistent navigation.
- Readable presentation: sufficient colour contrast, information that does not depend on colour alone, and layouts that support text resizing, zoom and smaller screens.
- Images and visual information: useful alternative text for informative images and appropriate treatment of decorative images.
- Forms and interactive features: clear labels, required-field information, understandable error messages and accessible controls.
- Audio and video: captions, transcripts, descriptions or other alternatives where needed for the content.
- Assistive technology: compatibility with commonly used screen readers and alternative input methods, as far as reasonably possible.
These are accessibility objectives, not a statement that every feature has already been independently tested or verified.
3. Documents, downloads and third-party services
We may provide guides, forms and other resources as web pages or downloadable files. We aim to make important documents easier to read and navigate, including through meaningful headings, logical reading order and accessible text.
If you cannot use a document in its current format, let us know. We can consider an alternative format or another practical way to provide the information.
Some website features may be supplied by independent third parties, such as video, maps, forms or communication services. Although we do not control every aspect of those technologies, we aim to consider accessibility when selecting and configuring them. If a third-party feature prevents you from accessing an important service, please contact us so we can consider an alternative. Our use of a third-party service does not remove any legal accessibility duties that apply to us.
4. Accessibility of our services and reasonable adjustments
Accessibility extends beyond the website. We can consider and arrange reasonable adjustments to help people use Study With FM services, according to their individual needs and the circumstances.
Examples may include:
- communicating by a suitable alternative method;
- providing an accessible document or information in writing;
- allowing additional consultation time or breaks where reasonably needed;
- involving an appropriate parent, guardian or support person;
- adapting how information is explained; or
- arranging a different practical way to access a service.
We will discuss requests individually and explain what can reasonably be arranged. Where the law requires us to make a reasonable adjustment without charging the disabled person, we will not charge for that adjustment.
You do not need to provide a detailed medical diagnosis simply to ask for accessible information or report a barrier.
5. Children, young people and additional needs
Some of the students and families we support may have disabilities, special educational needs (SEN), learning differences, neurodivergent needs, sensory needs or communication difficulties.
When considering an adjustment for a child or young person, we aim to take account of their individual needs, preferences, dignity and understanding, and to involve a parent or guardian where appropriate. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to understand the requested support.
6. English and Persian accessibility
Our website includes English and Persian content. We aim to identify the language of each page correctly and implement Persian text with appropriate right-to-left direction and reading order.
We recognise that accessible English pages do not automatically make their Persian equivalents accessible. The accessibility review should therefore consider both languages, including navigation, forms, mixed-language content, numbers, keyboard navigation and screen-reader use.
7. Our international service arrangements
STUDY WITH FM LTD, trading as Study With FM, is based in the United Kingdom and manages our education recruitment process. Study With FM Global Limited is a separate Nigerian company.
For enquiries from Iran, one local contact communicates remotely with prospective students and forwards relevant initial enquiry information to STUDY WITH FM LTD. The UK-based team manages applications and subsequent student support. We do not operate a public-facing office or offer in-person appointments in Iran.
Our Iran-based contact does not collect student payments or manage financial transactions for Study With FM. If you initially enquire through this contact, you can ask to communicate directly with our UK team about any accessibility or communication needs. We aim to share only personal information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the request.
8. Personal information and accessibility requests
An accessibility request may involve information about a disability, health condition, special educational need or communication preference. We will seek only information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the request, limit access to those who need it for a relevant purpose, and handle personal information under applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
You may describe the difficulty you are experiencing without providing a detailed diagnosis.
9. Report a barrier or request support
Please contact us if you:
- cannot access a page, document or part of a form;
- have difficulty using the website with a keyboard or assistive technology;
- need information in an alternative format;
- would like to discuss an adjustment to a service; or
- have a suggestion for improving accessibility.
Accessibility contact
Email: coordinator@studywithfm.com UK telephone: +44 7557 271171
If possible, tell us which page, document or service is affected, what difficulty you encountered, what would help and how you would prefer us to respond. You do not need to share more personal or medical information than is reasonably necessary.
If your initial enquiry is through our Iran-based contact, you can ask to be put in touch with our UK accessibility team. You can also contact us directly using the details above.
We will consider your request and respond as appropriately and reasonably as we can.
10. Feedback, complaints and independent advice
We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers. If you are dissatisfied with our response, or believe you have experienced disability discrimination in connection with our services, you can contact us using the details above. Raising a concern with us does not affect your legal rights or prevent you from seeking independent advice.
United Kingdom: The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) provides information about discrimination and equality rights in England, Scotland and Wales. Telephone: 0808 800 0082. Textphone: 0808 800 0084.

11. Testing, legal framework and review
We intend to assess the accessibility of important website journeys through a combination of automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard use, screen readers, contrast, zoom, mobile layouts, forms, documents and English/Persian content. Automated testing alone cannot identify every barrier.
Relevant accessibility and non-discrimination duties depend on the service and jurisdiction. These may include the Equality Act 2010 for services provided by STUDY WITH FM LTD in the United Kingdom and the Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act 2018 and other applicable laws in Nigeria. Initial enquiry activities carried out in Iran may also be subject to applicable local requirements.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our chosen technical target for this website. It is not a claim of verified conformance or a statement that the same technical standard is legally mandated for this private website in every country.
We will review this statement after the first formal accessibility audit and when significant changes to the website, our services or relevant requirements make an update appropriate.
